Planning for Retirement Beyond Finances

Invitees will differ based on event topic.
  • Where possible, mix ages and experience of participants to provide different perspectives.
  • These events are best for a small group (8-15 attendees) to encourage discussion.
  • An intimate setting, such as a restaurant, is suggested in order to put attendees at ease.
Due to the intimacy of this event, it may not be possible to send a generic follow-up to all attendees. Below are some other ways to follow-up with your guests.
  • A nice touch would be to send a hand-written thank you note. The small attendance numbers makes this doable and more personable than an email.
  • Send a personalized email to each individual who attended, recalling a specific conversation and asking for feedback on the event.
  • For those who were not able to attend, provide an update on the event and ask if they would be interested in attending a similar event in the future.
If there is something that you would like to have created, please do not hesitate to email us.
  • Intimate audience, 8-15 attendees
  • Be specific and intentional on who you invite
  • Select a unique venue to enhance the guests’ experience
  • Encourage networking among guests
  • Make specific notes on each guest to personalize follow-up communication
