Estate Planning and Trust Services

Mariner Trust Company is a public trust company that exclusively provides trust services to our wealth clients. We help deepen the client relationship and more efficiently manage generational wealth. All clients, regardless of their wealth or level of financial complexity, can benefit from trust and estate guidance. If nothing else, we can conduct an estate plan review to help ensure your clients’ wishes will be carried out according to plan. The estate planning and trust services team is available to participate in client meetings to serve as an in-house source for all their needs.

Trustee Referral Process:

In order to ensure that Mariner Wealth Advisors is effectively managing our fiduciary risk and upholding our regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities, we have developed a formal process for advisors to follow when referring current trustee opportunities. Note, the referral process must be completed, and all of the account forms signed, prior to accepting appointment as trustee.

For current trustee appointments, please email the documents below to Jadin Winberg.

  • Family tree
  • Current statement of all trust assets (or detail on what assets will fund a new trust)
  • Complete copy of the trust and all amendments

For new trust referrals, please click HERE to submit the information. Following receipt of the submission, please allow at least one week for us to review for approval and/or determine next steps.
