Meeting Preparation

Meeting with Business Development Officer to address the following:

  • What expectations were set for this next meeting?
  • What hot button issues or topics were discussed that should be addressed in the next meeting?
  • Ask BD if they shared any collateral in the first meeting or any other specific deliverables.
  • Determine whether it makes sense to have new account paperwork ready to be signed.

Make sure notes from initial meeting and any other relevant items are logged into Salesforce.
