INTRODUCTORY VIDEO AND OTHER MATERIALS

To set expectations for client ahead of meeting provide the following in advance:

  • Introductory Video – We’ll use this one for now, but may want to customize in the future using some of the ideas below:

    • Two minute overview of Mariner Wealth Advisors
      • Brief description of our firm and our approach
      • Our team model and out capabilities are also described
    • Email this to client in advance of first meeting prior to initial introductory call and send agenda as well

    Whiteboard Video (optional)

    • For advisors who intend to use new method of discovery
    • Sets expectations for discovery meeting – differentiates Mariner Wealth Advisors from other financial advisory firms
    • Asks the client to bring three photos to the meeting that they share with us (either digital or printed) which represents things or people most important to them
