CALL PROSPECT PRIOR TO DISCOVERY MEETING

Prior Discovery Meeting Statements

  • Introduce yourself and team members.
  • Say you just wanted to reach out in order to set expectations for first meeting.

Tell client we want to make sure we cover everything that they would like to discuss and ask following:

  • “Here are some things that ______ (Business Development Officer) shared with me about your situation and that we’ll want to discuss with you: ____, ____ and ____.”
  • OPTIONAL (Depends on method of discovery): “We’re also going to email you a checklist of items that we’d like you to bring to our meeting if at all possible.”

NOTE: Anything learned from the prospect in this call should help shape the agenda for the discovery meeting
